Neighborhood Eden is a national housing connector agency improving how voucher holders access and secure housing. We serve as a one‑stop housing connector — linking families to homes, supporting landlords through the voucher rental process, and collaborating with cities and housing authorities to strengthen voucher programs and expand housing access.

We focus on one core mission: keeping the housing process moving by eliminating the gaps that slow placements and prevent families from moving in.

Neighborhood Eden accelerates housing system flow by converting vacant units into successful placements through landlord engagement, unit sourcing, and end‑to‑end lease‑up coordination for voucher‑holding and income‑eligible households. We partner with cities, housing authorities, and developers to strengthen subsidy programs, reduce administrative bottlenecks, and expand access to affordable housing.

Neighborhood Eden was created to make housing access more fair, more human, and more efficient. Voucher holders deserve real options. Landlords deserve real support. Housing authorities deserve reliable partners. We bring all three together with clarity, respect, and partnership.
