Kevin Sayers

Kevin Sayers has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kevin started their career at SYSTEMS Caribbean Ltd. in 1992, where they worked as a Programmer/Consultant on various projects, including payroll application MicroPay Plus. In 1996, they joined EMSI, a leading service provider of medical information services to insurance companies, as a Lead Developer. During their time at EMSI, they progressed to the role of Lead Developer and witnessed multiple company sales and re-branding efforts. In 2007, they joined Curves International as a Database Architect and later transitioned to the role of Database Administrator. At Curves International, they were responsible for database maintenance tasks, query analysis and optimization, and database update scripts preparation. In 2014, they joined FirstCity Financial Corp. as a Database Administrator, where they played a crucial role in completing a major upgrade project for the company's application database and also worked on the installation and setup of SQL Server for the Data Warehouse project. Kevin'smost recent position is at Neighborly as a Senior Database Administrator, starting in 2016.

Kevin Sayers attended St. Michael's Secondary School in Barbados from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained their High School CXC Degree. Following this, they enrolled at Barbados Community College from 1990 to 1992, earning an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Computer Studies.
