Luis Boy

Luis Boy has extensive work experience in project and program management roles. Luis is currently the Senior Director of the Project Management Office at Neighborly®, where they are responsible for managing projects to support the company's growth and objectives. Previously, they were the Director of IT Portfolio and Project Management Office at Heidelberg Materials North America, where they focused on deploying SAP ERP and leading IT customer engagement. Before that, they worked at Change Healthcare as a PMO/Program Manager and later as a Project Director, implementing IT projects and infrastructure initiatives. Luis also served as the Global PMO Director at DXC Technology, overseeing the delivery of client programs and projects. Prior to that, they held positions at HP Enterprise Services, where they managed the PMO for the Universal Music Group account and worked as a Strategic Program Manager at Vale and Symantec. Luis also worked at Eli Lilly as a Managing Consultant, focusing on service management efforts. Earlier in their career, Luis held roles at Black & Veatch and EDS as an Enterprise Program Manager, managing large-scale transformation programs. Luis'sprevious experience also includes leading an Enterprise and Global Program Office and implementing a new reservations system for Continental Airlines.

Luis Boy completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 1989 to 1995. During the same period, they also attended Universidad del Valle de México, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study there. Luis Boy obtained an additional certification as a SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2015.
