Ivan Fallas is a seasoned Project Electrical and Software Engineer Lead with expertise in machinery safety, holding a Safety Machine Expert certification from CMSE TUV Nord. With a background in consumer goods, Ivan worked at Kimberly-Clark from 2004 to 2025 and currently serves as an Electronic Engineer and Certified Machine Safety Expert at Neilsoft. Ivan pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Universidad Hispanoamericana (CR) and has also completed various certifications in electronics and safety machinery. Currently, Ivan is enrolled in a Master’s program in Project Management at OBS, expected to conclude in 2026.
