Eric Splete

Eric Splete has extensive experience in the insurance and financial industry. Eric began their career in 1993 as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch, where they worked until 1997. Eric then joined UBS as an Investment Executive from 1997 to 2000. Eric then transitioned to the Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, where they worked as a Group Sales Rep. from 2000 to 2012. Eric then joined Lincoln Financial Group as the Sales Manager of the Cleveland Sales Office from 2012 to 2013. After that, they worked at Guardian Life as a Group Sales Consultant from 2013 to 2020. Currently, Eric serves as the Market Director at Nelligan Associates, where they help group insurance professionals navigate the ancillary market.

Eric Splete completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Baldwin Wallace University from 1987 to 1992.
