Scott Dillon

Scott Dillon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market management and regional leadership in the insurance and benefits industry. Currently serving as Market Executive at Nelligan since August 2023, Scott previously held the position of Regional Director at Guardian Group Benefits from August 2020 to May 2023, overseeing the Greater NY office, which included Northern NJ and Fairfield County, CT. Prior to that, Scott served as Regional Director for Guardian Life, managing the Pennsylvania RGO and encompassing all of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and southern New Jersey. With prior roles including Group Market Manager at Sun Life Financial and Sales Manager at Assurant Employee Benefits, Scott has a strong background in sales, having begun as a Sales Representative at Fortis Benefits Insurance Company. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University and graduated from Xavier High School.
