we are a regenerative agricultural and forestry operation in the making – and a place for thinking, experiencing and learning.

since 2021, we have been working the land in a new way, building on old knowledge: multi-layered agroforestry systems inspired by ernst götsch, soil food web, holistic management. around 25,000 planted fruit, wild fruit and native trees and shrubs, a water retention system with seven permanent ponds and up to 25 temporary biotopes.

we invite you: to nellinggut tours that are more than a walk – to offsites that clear your head – and to project support for anyone who wants to implement regenerative land use themselves.

and we produce food that strengthens the soil rather than depleting it – nutrient-rich, flavourful, from here.

the nellinggut is not a finished project. it is a living process.
