We’re not what you expect. But we are the go-to architecture studio of choice for ultra-luxurious villas and exceptional investment projects. We create spaces with passion and purpose for discerning, prominent individuals, hospitality and developers.
Genuinely down to earth, because that’s in our DNA, we are a refreshingly different, diverse, talented and multi-national team of architecture professionals with global experience, and we always get things done.
Lee Nellis, Scottish and United Kingdom registered Master Architect, RIBA Chartered Architect (since 2009), RIAS Chartered Architect (since 2009), and UK Registered Architect (ARB) (since 2009) is the owner and founder of Nellis Architecture.

Founder, Lee Nellis, integrates this guiding philosophy from the very first conversation through to the moment you walk into your newly created space. As a Dubai-based, global design firm with over 18 years of expertise, we're eager to embark on your project journey and welcome you to the Nellis experience.
