The energy consumption of microelectronic devices is both an environmental and industrial issue. Nellow is a company targeting the market of microelectronic logic in memory devices, thanks to the invention of a new type of technology with ultra-low energy consumption.
This technology is the result of 15 years of cutting-edge fundamental and applied research by two world leaders on new microelectronic solutions :
the Spintec laboratory and the Unité Mixte de Physique CNRS/Thales.
Nellow is developping a global solution to the issues posed by the power consumption of microelectronics chip and aims at the ultimate in memory computing process.
