Brian Ardinger is a seasoned innovation leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate venture capital, startup acceleration, and entrepreneurship. As the Director of Innovation at Nelnet since June 2018, Brian scouts and invests in early-stage startups while overseeing internal innovation initiatives. Brian authored "Accelerated," a handbook for navigating uncertainty and enhancing innovation. As the Founder and CEO of NXXT, Inc. and InsideOutside.io, Brian facilitates collaborative innovation through research, consulting, and immersive events. Prior roles include Corporate Innovation Fellow at On Deck, Co-Founder of Econic, and Entrepreneur in Residence at NUtech Ventures. Brian earned an MBA from Penn State University and is currently participating in the MIT-REAP program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
