Caitlin Miller

Caitlin Miller is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in content marketing and international marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Content Marketing Manager for Nelnet Business Services since January 2025, Caitlin leads a proficient team focused on FACTS and Nelnet Campus Commerce. Previously, Caitlin held multiple roles at FACTS from April 2015 to January 2025, including Senior Marketing Manager - International and Client Experience Marketing Manager. Additional experience includes a Marketing Manager position at Nelnet Campus Commerce, an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at UNC Wilmington, and various roles in client services and banking. Caitlin holds an International Master of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and the University of Valencia, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with a focus on Spanish from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
