Grace Chai

Grace Chai is an accomplished product and UX designer with a strong background in web design and user experience. Currently serving as a Product Designer and UX Designer at Nelnet since July 2021, Grace previously led a successful website overhaul at The Well Church, achieving a 175% increase in site traffic. Other experiences include a Product Development Internship at Hello Donor Inc, and as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Acme Markets, where important contributions included the development of an innovative pharmacy app feature titled Track My Meds and the administration of over 300 COVID vaccine doses. Grace's clinical background includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy clinical rotation where a patient-centered approach enhanced treatment plans, achieving a 100% adherence rate, and research experience as a NJ Autism Study Research Associate at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in UX Design and Frontend Development from CareerFoundry, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University - Newark, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology.
