Matt Oestmann

Matt Oestmann is the Director of Information Technology at Nelnet, where they leverage extensive experience across various IT roles to foster a culture of self-improvement and process enhancement. Previously, Matt served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant in Security Forces, leading training and emergency response operations. They also held numerous positions at Nelnet, including Business Process Analyst and Software Engineer, and worked as a Business Analyst at Dell Perot Systems, focusing on client needs and technical solutions. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Doane University and a BA in History and English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
