Raul Matos

Raul Matos currently serves as Product Owner II at Nelnet since February 2023, where responsibilities include defining and prioritizing product features and engaging stakeholders throughout development. Previously, Raul held the position of Business Systems Analyst III at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. for a brief period in early 2023, focusing on requirement collection and functional design documentation. A significant portion of Raul's career was spent at GEICO from October 2007 to January 2023, where roles progressed from Customer Service Representative to Senior Software Analyst, encompassing responsibilities such as Agile Release Train coordination, defining product backlogs, and analyzing business requirements. Raul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Buffalo State University, completed in May 2016.
