Tom Mezger

Tom Mezger, FCAS, MAAA, is an actuary currently working at Nelnet since 2025. Previously, Tom held various positions at Global Indemnity, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where they supervised pricing functions and managed actuarial teams. Earlier in their career, Tom gained extensive experience at Assurant, Selective Insurance, and Mutual of Omaha, focusing on pricing and actuarial analysis across multiple lines of insurance. Tom earned a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, and Business from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2003.
