Nelson Advisors are Healthcare Technology Investment Bankers specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions, Partnerships and Investments for HealthTech, MedTech, Healthcare IT, Digital Health, Cyber Health and Health AI companies.

Our team of successful healthcare technology founders and senior execs have built and scaled HealthTech businesses since 2012, securing exits from North American, European and FTSE listed companies.

We work with our European and North American clients to assess whether they should 'Build, Buy, Partner or Sell' in order to maximise shareholder value and investment returns.

Our Founding Partners have personally built, scaled and exited 4x HealthTech businesses in the Patient Engagement, Medical Device Cybersecurity, Metabolic Health and Consumer Health markets in the last 15 years.

In addition to founding HealthTech businesses, they have served on a wide range of company boards ranging from Digital MSK to Community Workforce Management to Wearable Tech to Healthcare AI to D2C Healthcare.

The Nelson Advisors team regularly advise and mentor students, guest lecture and speak at leading University Business Schools and Societies across the UK and Europe, including Oxford University, Cambridge University, University College London - Global Business School for Health and IESE Business School.
