Tom Brown has held various roles at Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates since February 2004, including Principal Associate, Senior Planner, and Associate. Prior to that, Tom worked in Pre-Press Production at RR Donnelley from 1997 to 2001. Brown holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Ohio State University.
