Tim Payne

Tim Payne is a seasoned transit practitioner with over 32 years of experience. Tim currently serves as the Principal at Nelson|Nygaard Consulting Associates in Seattle. Prior to this, Tim worked at Pierce Transit as the Senior Operations Planning Manager and at Washington State Ferries as the Service Planning Manager. Tim's expertise includes transit service short and long-range planning, transportation systems management, and ITS. Tim holds a BSCE from the University of Washington.
