Chris Oldknow

Chris Oldknow currently serves as the Head of Research and Development at Nelsons since March 2009, overseeing a small R&D team and managing various aspects of formulation development for global cosmetics and dietary supplements. Prior to this role, Chris worked as Technical Director at Budelpack, providing NPD solutions across multiple European sites for major clients, and held the position of Research and Development Manager at COSi, where Chris grew an R&D team from a startup to over 30 personnel. Additional experience includes roles as Skincare Development Scientist at The Body Shop, Bath & Shower Development Chemist at Sara Lee, Product Development Chemist at Dewhirst, and Quality Control Technician at British Sugar. Chris holds a BSc Hons in Chemistry from the University of Hull and an SCS Diploma in Cosmetic Science from the London College of Fashion.
