Marco Paoletti

Marco Paoletti has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Marco currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Nembol since 2021. In their previous role at Ennova from 2018 to 2021, they led two teams, one focused on developing web and mobile applications for large customers and another focused on machine learning research and development. Marco'sresponsibilities included setting team goals, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, creating a motivating work environment, and resolving conflicts. Prior to that, Marco worked at Nembol as a Software Developer from 2014 to 2018, where they built and delivered the Nembol iOS and Android app, successfully growing its user base. Marco also gained experience as a Software Engineer at BMOOBLE from 2013 to 2014. Marco began their career as an ICT Consultant for Avio Group S.p.A at MC Team from 2011 to 2012.

Marco Paoletti completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Torino in 2012. Marco then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Cloud computing and software services from the same university, which they completed in 2014.
