With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Cécile specializes in continuous improvement and operational performance enhancement. They have previously held various engineering and management roles at companies such as Schneider Electric and Akka Technologies, contributing to projects in industrialization, process optimization, and project management. Cécile holds a DUT in Mesures Physiques and a degree in Génie industriel from the Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne, as well as several certifications in lean management and karate coaching.
