Pat Brown

Pat Brown is an experienced manager and engineer with a robust background in leading engineering and manufacturing operations across various companies. Currently serving as APU Manager at NEMERA since June 2025, Pat previously held positions including Business Unit Manager and Director of Engineering at EPSI, where responsibilities included the development of U.S. and German design centers and offshore production facilities. Pat's extensive experience at ASYST Technologies spanned several roles, culminating as Vice President of Engineering and Quality, overseeing R&D projects and customer relations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, along with fiscal management of engineering and quality functions. Pat's educational background includes an MBA from Anderson University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana State University.
