Steve Shaffer is currently the Injection Engineering Lead at NEMERA, managing a team of Tooling Engineers, Process Engineers, and Process Engineering Technicians. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions in engineering management, including Director of Engineering at Medline Industries, LP, and Process Engineering Manager at AptarGroup, Inc. Additionally, Steve has experience as a Senior Process Engineer at Dickten Masch Plastics and ORBIS Corporation, with a background in manufacturing and process engineering across multiple sites. Steve holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
