Kaitlin Danzig, MHA, CPXP, is a Certified Patient Experience Professional with over 7 years of experience dedicated to enhancing the quality and safety of healthcare. Currently serving as a Patient Experience Partner at Nemours, Kaitlin focuses on understanding patient needs and implementing strategies that promote patient safety and health equity. Previously, Kaitlin held roles at CVS Health, Orlando Health, and has gained valuable insights into patient experience programs and service improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams. They are pursuing a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Central Florida.
