Michael Morris

Michael Morris is currently the Business Continuity & Resilience Program Manager at Nemours, where they previously served as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator and a Critical Care EMT/DECON Lead. They have an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Strayer University, which they completed in 2023. Prior to their roles at Nemours, they worked as a Career EMT-Firefighter at Cheswold Fire Co from 2001 to 2011 and as a Volunteer Assistant Chief at Dover Fire Department from 2015 to 2023. Michael holds a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) credential.
