Dr. Trent DeVore is currently the Assistant Vice President of Culture & Talent at Nemours Children’s Health, where they focus on talent development and engagement within a large healthcare system. Previously, they served as a Director of Talent Development & Engagement and held various roles at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, including Postdoctoral Fellow and Organization Development Consultant, specializing in supporting veterans. Dr. DeVore began their career as an Analyst at Ellucian and has extensive experience in executive coaching and organizational development. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Kinesiology from William & Mary and a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from the Florida Institute of Technology.
