Ryan Stark

Ryan Stark serves as an EMS Attorney at Page, Wolfberg & Wirth, LLC since August 2007, concentrating on HIPAA, labor, Medicare reimbursement, and contracting within the emergency medical services sector. Ryan monitors legislative changes and authors compliance publications and materials, including the Ambulance Service Guide to HIPAA Compliance. Additionally, Ryan holds the role of EMS/Mobile Healthcare Consultant at PWW Advisory Group and is a board member at the NEMSIS Technical Assistance Center. As an adjunct and guest professor, Ryan educates students on legal issues at Creighton University and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
