Arnold Dijkstra serves as a Consultant & Trainer at Dijkstra Food Consultancy since September 2000, providing support to companies and institutions on food and nutrition-related issues. Areas of expertise include food safety, microbiological laboratory research, food microbiology, food technology, nutrition and health, and healthy aging. Additionally, since 1990, Arnold Dijkstra has been an active member of the NEN norm committees for microbiology and dairy, contributing to the development of microbiological standards both nationally and internationally through participation in working groups under ISO and IDF.
