Peter Oskam

Peter Oskam is an experienced program and change manager with a diverse background in strategic advisory roles and coaching. Currently serving as Program Manager at NEN since January 2023, Peter has also held various significant positions, including Line, Program, and Change Manager, Coach, and Entrepreneur at Foreseen B.V. since February 2010. Previous roles include Strategic IT Advisor at Humanitas, Director at Luminis, and Senior Management Consultant at Eurocommercial Properties N.V. Key accomplishments include leading the IT Carve Out of Stedin to Joulz, overseeing substantial IT management responsibilities, and directing initiatives in educational institutions. Peter holds professional coaching credentials and completed education programs at HarvardX and the School for Coaching.
