Tom de Laat

Tom de Laat is currently the Team Leader Validation at VALIDOSS, where they oversee a team focused on the validation of devices used in medical cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization. Previously, Tom has held roles such as Senior Validation Engineer and Sales Specialist at GC biotech, where they maintained customer relationships and managed sales processes. They also served as a Trainee in Internal Medicine at Erasmus MC, contributing to research on Mendelian disorders. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Applied Medical Laboratory Technology from Avans Hogeschool Breda.
