William Q. Ramey

William Q. Ramey possesses extensive experience in information systems and technology management, having served in various roles across multiple organizations. As the Director of Information Systems at the City of Chicago's Office of Emergency Management & Communications since 2018, William directs staff in analyzing business practices and automating operations. Previous roles include Project Manager at Comcast Business, where support was provided for SMB National Accounts, and Solutions Specialist at AT&T, with long-distance call center support.
