Neo Kozmo is an Egyptian electric mobility infrastructure company focused on enabling the transition to sustainable urban transportation through battery swapping technology for light electric vehicles.

We build and operate smart battery swapping stations for electric 2-wheelers (E2W) and electric 3-wheelers (E3W), allowing riders and fleets to swap depleted batteries in under 90 seconds and continue operating without downtime.

Our mission is to become the battery swapping standard in Egypt by providing scalable, OEM-agnostic infrastructure that supports multiple vehicle manufacturers and fleet operators.

Neo Kozmo’s ecosystem combines:
• Proprietary battery swapping stations
• Smart battery and fleet management systems
• Fleet integration APIs
• E2W leasing and mobility services
• Last-mile delivery operations through strategic partnerships

We are solving one of the biggest barriers to EV adoption in emerging markets: charging downtime and infrastructure limitations.

By reducing operational costs by up to 30% for riders and fleet operators, Neo Kozmo enables a faster, cleaner, and more economically sustainable future for last-mile mobility.

Our current focus includes:
• Battery swapping networks for delivery fleets
• OEM integration for E2W and E3W platforms
• Fleet electrification partnerships
• Smart mobility infrastructure expansion across Egypt

Neo Kozmo is currently working with leading delivery and mobility partners to accelerate EV adoption and scale sustainable transportation solutions nationwide.
