Andy Wright is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in environmental operations and management. Currently serving as the Head of Environmental Operations at NEO NEXT Energy since July 2025, Andy previously held multiple roles at Repsol Resources UK Limited from September 2013 to July 2025, including Environmental & Emissions Manager and HSE Lead in Decommissioning & Investment Management. Andy's career began at Talisman Energy as an Environmental Advisor from 2002 to September 2013. Educationally, Andy holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Economics, Policy and Risk and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Marine Biology from Heriot-Watt University.
