Christopher Gerlt

Christopher Gerlt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Architect at Neo4j since March 2022, Christopher focuses on supporting the Neo4j Aura Cloud product, among other responsibilities. Prior to Neo4j, Christopher worked at Privitar as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and held multiple roles at DataStax, including Premium Support Engineer and Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities included program management and customer coordination. Christopher's early career includes a significant role at IBM as a Product Manager for Netezza, where a new offering generated substantial revenue. Additionally, Christopher contributed to application development at UMass Memorial Healthcare. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a BA from Boston College.
