Philipp Anokhin

Philipp Anokhin serves as the Head of Technology at Neo7Bioscience, Inc. since December 2020, where responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of information systems and software applications while promoting development best practices. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Software Engineering at Elsevier from 2014 to 2020, overseeing the creation of products utilizing Natural Language Processing technology and managing a large Knowledge Graph database. As Chief Technology Officer at SOHO Investment LLC in 2013, Philipp identified technology trends and led strategic planning. Previous roles also include Senior Advisor for IT systems engineering and Director of Engineering at Development Gateway, along with consultancy positions at The World Bank and Adaptive Trade, Inc. Philipp Anokhin holds a PhD in Information Technology from George Mason University, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Novosibirsk State University.
