Amina Deghais

Amina Deghais is a seasoned project manager at Neocase Software, with a focus on delivering comprehensive projects for mid to large-sized companies. Since January 2019, Amina has led teams in gathering customer requirements and designing solutions, enhancing project management through collaboration with both functional and technical professionals. Prior to this role, Amina served as an HRIS Functional Consultant at CGI from April 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included configuring the Neocase HR Power solution, automating HR workflows, and training clients. Amina holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from EM Strasbourg Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the same institution, complemented by education from ESCA Ecole de Management.
