At Neocat Private Limited, we don’t just make catalysts—we create the spark that drives industries forward. Founded in 2021 in Mumbai as an evolution of Procat, we blend over three decades of catalytic expertise with cutting-edge R&D to deliver smarter, greener, and more efficient solutions. From pharmaceuticals and food processing to specialty chemicals, fuel cells, and gas purification, our catalysts are designed to boost performance while reducing environmental impact.

Our portfolio includes skeletal nickel catalysts and a range of precious metal catalysts such as palladium, platinum, ruthenium, and rhodium, supported by services like custom catalyst development, process optimization, tolling, and precious metal recovery. Every solution we deliver is rooted in our mission: to offer environmentally safer catalytic routes that outperform conventional processes and unlock new possibilities for our customers.

With a passionate leadership team, corporate and R&D operations in Mumbai and Dombivli, and a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ambernath, we’re helping industries worldwide move toward cleaner, more sustainable growth—one catalyst at a time.
