Laura Kaiser

Laura Kaiser is a Senior Business Analyst at Neocol since January 2024, where responsibilities include providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring successful system modifications and enhancements. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Salesforce Consultant at IBM from March 2021 to December 2023, where Laura facilitated workshops to gather business requirements and documented them as user stories. At Penrod, from December 2018 to March 2021, Laura focused on process automation and business intelligence analytics. Previous roles also include an Internal IT Intern, Help Desk Supervisor, Help Desk Consultant, CLTS Service Coordinator, and Care Coordinator. Laura holds a BA in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a graduate certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
