Shauna Smith

Shauna Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shauna is currently working as the Director of Delivery Operations at Neocol since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Publicis Sapient from February 2021 to July 2021.

From 2012 to 2021, Shauna worked at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, holding multiple roles including Beyond Program Manager, Senior Consultant in Governance & Systems Development, Talent Staffing Manager, and Adoption Business Coordinator.

Before joining Bluewolf, Shauna worked at Anthem as a Customer Service Rep III from 2009 to 2012. Shauna also worked at Lifescape Associates, Inc as an Office Manager/Project Coordinator from 2007 to 2008.

Shauna'sprevious experience includes working as a National Account Manager at Service Magic from 2006 to 2007, and as a Realtor at Keller Williams Denver Central from 2003 to 2006.

Shauna started their career as a Training Coordinator at Requisite Technology from 2000 to 2002.

Shauna Smith attended Ashland High School from 1982 to 1987. Shauna then went on to Kansas State University from 1987 to 1992, where they studied Hotel/Restaurant Management. In terms of certifications, Shauna obtained the Force.com Developer certification from Salesforce in November 2014. Shauna also holds certifications from IBM, including Be Equal Ambassador and IBM Automation Essentials, both obtained in 2020. Additionally, Shauna is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, both obtained in 2016. Recently, in 2021, they obtained certifications in Power of Managing from Le Studio at Publicis Sapient and Tough Skills from Camp4.
