Tom Knauss

Tom Knauss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and Salesforce consulting. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and President at Neocol since August 2018, Tom has played a pivotal role in offering advisory services and Salesforce implementation. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Delivery & Client Success at Force360, LLC, where Tom led a $2M Salesforce implementation, and Managing Partner roles at various consulting firms specializing in Salesforce solutions. Tom's career also includes experience as a professional baseball player with the Minnesota Twins and New York Yankees. Tom holds a degree from DePaul University, earned between 1994 and 2000.
