Ciaran O'Brien

Ciaran O'Brien is the Managing Director of Neoen Ireland, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Senior Director for Commercial activities at Ørsted in Ireland and the UK, and held various leadership roles at Mainstream Renewable Power and Bord Gais Energy. Ciaran has also been a board member of the Electricity Association of Ireland from 2017 to 2022 and began their career at the Royal Bank of Scotland. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University College Cork, a Master's in Energy Management with First Class Honours from Technological University Dublin, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin.
