Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee, BEng, MBA, currently serves as Head of Performance Improvement at Neoen, focusing on enhancing the company's Australian asset portfolio and asset management functions since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as APAC Project Director at manuFACT Limited, overseeing China-based manufacturing projects, and Project Director at MadePartners, directing project management and compliance for heavy industry sectors. Jonathan's career also features significant positions at Caterpillar Inc., managing mine development projects, and WEARX, where management of complex systems for BHP Billiton led to improved efficiency and reduced maintenance. Early career experiences include engineering and labor roles at Palmer Bruyn and P&R Constructions Pty Ltd. Jonathan holds an MBA with a major in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle.
