Wesley Smith

Wesley Smith currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Neofactory, a role held since February 2025. Prior to this, Wesley was the Lead Computational Geometry Engineer at Formlogic from December 2020 to November 2024 and the Director of Computational Geometry Engineering at Plethora from November 2015 to November 2020. In these positions, Wesley focused on advancing technology, managing engineering teams, and collaborating with product teams to develop strategic roadmaps. Wesley also has experience as CTO at Addimation and as a Jitter Programmer at Cycling '74, contributing to software for additive manufacturing and graphics, respectively. Wesley holds a Master's degree in Media Arts and Technology from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
