Neogen Recruitment Solutions was founded to disrupt the existing aggressive, commission driven recruitment industry, through price competitive, lean, innovative and global recruitment solutions.

We are a team of expert technical recruiters, developers and designers in Scotland. Neogen’s unique business model enables us to offer the best talent more efficiently and at a more competitive price to our clients.

Quality, Innovation and efficiency is what we strive for. It's why we are continuously investing in and improving our resourcing model as well as looking at ways to innovate our business. We are one of the only recruitment outsourcing companies to invest heavily in our own in-house Research & Development team, to ensure we are innovating our business in line with the newest technologies on the market, allowing us to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our clients and candidates.

"If you can, make software. And bring enough value (through efficiency, power and connection) to the market place of your choosing that it will have trouble being productive or happy without you" - Seth Godin
