Henry Smith

Henry Smith is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and support. Currently serving as the Global IT Service Desk Manager at Neogen Corporation since July 2018, Henry leads a team of Regional IT Managers to support global operations while managing over 3000 workstations. Previous roles include System Administrator II and I, where training and advanced troubleshooting were key responsibilities. With a foundational background in IT from positions at the Kentucky Army National Guard and University of Kentucky, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Kentucky, Henry has demonstrated proficiency in network administration, customer support, and system configuration across various environments.
