James Quill

Director, Product Operations & Customer Success at Neogen

James Quill has extensive work experience in customer success and product operations. James started their career at NCR Corporation as an Implementation Consultant and then moved to Galen Healthcare Solutions as an Associate Implementation Consultant and later as an Implementation Consultant. James then joined Allego as a Customer Success Manager before transitioning to Corvium, where they held roles as Sr. Manager, Director, and Sr. Director in customer success and product development. Finally, Corvium was acquired by Neogen Corporation, where James currently serves as the Director of Product Operations & Customer Success.

James Quill completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Saint Michael's College from 2005 to 2009. James then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership at Norwich University from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they obtained various certifications including Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) in 2018 and Advanced Order/Result, Advance Note, and Allscripts Touchworks EHR Application Specialist certifications in 2013 from Galen Healthcare Solutions.
