Mathias Boldt

Mathias Boldt is a seasoned professional in the field of food safety management, currently serving as the Professional Service Manager for Neogen Food Safety iEMEA and Site Manager for the Neogen European Training Center since December 2024. Previously, Mathias held the position of Professional Service Manager EMEA for Neogen Food Safety since September 2022. Mathias has extensive experience with 3M, where a career began in February 2000 and progressed through roles such as Professional Service Manager EMEA and Qualitätsmanager Medicalprodukte Europa. Earlier experience includes serving as Laborleiter Standardisierung at Dade Behring Diagnostics from February 1998 to January 2000. Mathias holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Brauerei und Getränketechnologie from FH Weihenstephan.
