Peggy Cook

Peggy Cook is the Director of Government and Scientific Affairs at Neogen Corporation since September 2019. With a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Arkansas, Peggy has a strong background in food safety and regulatory compliance. Prior to their current role, Peggy held positions at NWACC as a Professor, at Wheatsheaf Group as a Consultant, at Cargill as Corporate Food Safety and Regulatory, at MCA Services as Chief Scientific Officer, and at Tyson Foods as Director of Food Safety and Research Laboratory. Peggy's expertise lies in driving strategic initiatives, analyzing industry trends, and developing long-term growth plans.
