Ron Sarver

Ron Sarver is an experienced biochemist and analytical services director with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Biochemistry and Analytical Services at Neogen Corp. since April 2009, Sarver has successfully developed innovative solutions, including a patented microorganism detection sensor and the AccuPoint Advanced sanitation monitoring system, while managing research efforts within the department. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientist at Pfizer, where Sarver led a biophysical chemistry laboratory and contributed to drug design for Alzheimer's disease and pain management. Sarver's career began as a Senior Research Chemist at Pharmacia & Upjohn, focusing on ligand binding affinities, solid-state forms, and developing laboratory information management systems. Sarver holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
