Alan Mertz

Alan Mertz is currently the Director of Government Relations at NeoGenomics Laboratories, a position held since 2018. They previously served as President of Mertz Strategies from 2017 to 2018 and held significant roles such as Chief of Staff for Congressman Harris W. Fawell and Executive Vice President at the Healthcare Leadership Council. Their extensive experience in government relations began with positions including Legislative Assistant for Senator Charles H. Percy and Professional Staff Member for the United States Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs. Alan earned a BA in Political Science and Government from Monmouth College and a Master's degree in American Government and Politics from American University.
